- Paying Bills & Monthly statement
- Rental Collection and payment
- Once a week of supervisor inspection
- Monthly check of unit by engineer

- Guest Amenities
- Linen usage
- Utilities (Electric & water usage for long term rent will be direct billing to the tenant).

- Repair and replacement of any operation equipment.
- Air-con cleaning-twice a year.
- Air-con Pest control
Rental & Commission:
Rental Income after deducted with relative charges (commission, bank fee, etc.) will be transferred to the owner bank account in Thailand within the 10th of every month.

- Listing into leading agency’s website
- Provision of Complimentary supplies and printed material.
- Pre check-in and check-out inventory
- Inclusion on phuketrentalholiday website & partners.
- The advisory of rental unit set up (standard amenities, linen and etc.)
- Guest relation/ on site Manage or Supervisor to meet guest satisfaction and response to guest requirements.
