The Services included:

  • Paying Bills & Monthly statement
  • Rental Collection and payment
  • Once a week of supervisor inspection
  • Monthly check of unit by engineer
  • Key Control
  • Check in and Check out
  • Cleaning when rental
  • Arrival and Departure cleaning for owner’s visit

The Service Excluded:

  • Guest Amenities
  • Linen usage
  • Utilities (Electric & water usage for long term rent will be direct billing to the tenant).
  • Gardening
  • Pool Cleaning
  • Repair and replacement of any operation equipment.
  • Air-con cleaning-twice a year.
  • Air-con Pest control

Rental & Commission:
Rental Income after deducted with relative charges (commission, bank fee, etc.) will be transferred to the owner bank account in Thailand within the 10th of every month.

  • Listing into leading agency’s website
  • Provision of Complimentary supplies and printed material.
  • Pre check-in and check-out inventory
  • Inclusion on phuketrentalholiday website & partners.
  • The advisory of rental unit set up (standard amenities, linen and etc.)
  • Guest relation/ on site Manage or Supervisor to meet guest satisfaction and response to guest requirements.
